Chase Corporate Advisory successfully advised the shareholders of Westwood Group, Financial Planning  (Dominic Cronk, Rebecca Stacey, Peter Roswell, Brendon Alford) on the sale to MW Lomax Accounting Group. This sale/transaction brings two large self-licensed business together with offices now in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane backed by New York based Focus Financial Partners. Completed in March 2017.

CHASE SUCCESSFULLY ORIGINATES THE ACQUISITION OF GOLDMAN SACHS ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS IN AUSTRALIA – FUM $8 BILLION

Chase Corporate Advisory successfully advises on the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Australia deal. This is the first asset management deal in Australia for the US Private Equity company. The deal is expected to close December 2016.
