Jeff Singh
Jeff Singh is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Chase Corporate Advisory, which was established over thirteen years ago with Chris Jordan (Current ATO Chief and former KPMG chairman), Tony D’Aloisio (Former CEO of the Australian Stock Exchange and ASIC Chairman), and Andrew Gale (Former CEO of Deloitte Actuaries). Since Chase was established, Jeff has built a reputation for ‘getting the job done ‘ with a high percentage (95%) of successful deals completed. Jeff has completed more than 105 transactions totalling more than AUD$198 Billion in Assets under Management and more than US$5.1 Billion of Capital deployed since establishing Chase. In the Calendar year 2017/18, Jeff was successful in completing two of the top three transactions within the Australian Financial Services market.
Before establishing Chase, Jeff was a Director and Head of Investments and Advisory (Balance Sheet deals) at Macquarie Bank for 8.5 years, where he completed numerous transactions across various sectors, including working closely with Macquarie Bank founder Alan Moss. Before Macquarie, Jeff was Country Head and Senior Vice President of GE Capital (Syndication and CEF), where he was based in NYC and Sydney. Jeff started his career with Barclays Capital and spent seven years as Vice President based in London, where he was responsible for ECM and M&A transactions across the UK and parts of Europe.
Jeff has spent the better part of 30 years in investment banking and capital markets, where he was focused on delivering an optimal outcome for his clients. Jeff’s attention to detail and positive attitude have been his success’s hallmark. Jeff holds a bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney.
