Jeff Singh

Jeff Singh is the Founder and Managing Director of Chase Corporate Advisory which was established over 10 years ago with Chris Jordan (Current ATO Chief), Tony D’Aloisio (Former ASX Boss and ASIC Chairman) and Andrew Gale (Former Deloitte boss). Since Chase was established Jeff has built a reputation for ‘getting the job done’ with a high percentage (95%) of successful deals completing. Jeff has completed more than 100 transactions totalling more than AUD $155 Billion in FUA/FUM and more than US $5 Billion of Capital deployed since establishing Chase. In the Calendar year 2017/18, Jeff was successful in completing two of the top 3 transactions within the Australian market. (FIG )

Prior to establishing Chase, Jeff was a Director and Head of Investments and Advisory (Balance Sheet deals) at Macquarie Bank for 8.5 years, where he successfully completed numerous transactions across various sectors including working closely with Macquarie bank founder, Alan Moss. Prior to Macquarie, Jeff was Country Head and Senior Vice President of GE Capital (Syndication and CEF) where he was based in NYC and Sydney. Jeff started his career with Barclays Capital and spent 7 years as Vice President based in London where he was responsible for ECM and M&A transactions across a large part of Europe.

Jeff has spent the best part of 30 years in the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets area where he was focussed on delivering an optimal outcome for his clients. Jeff’s attention to detail and positive attitude has been the hallmark of his success. Jeff holds a Batchelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney.
