Jeff Singh

Jeff Singh, Managing Director and is the founder of Chase Corporate Advisory, which was established ten years ago with Chris Jordan (Current ATO Chief and former KPMG chairman), Tony D’Aloisio (Former CEO of the Australian Stock Exchange and ASIC Chairman), and Andrew Gale (Former CEO of Deloitte Actuaries). Since Chase was established, Jeff has built a reputation for “getting the job done”, with a high percentage (95%) of successful deals completed. Jeff has completed over 105 transactions totalling over AUD$198 Billion in Assets under management since establishing Chase. In the Calendar year 2017/18, Jeff successfully completed two of the top 3 transactions within the Australian Financial Services market.

Before establishing Chase, Jeff was a Director and Head of Investments and Advisory (Balance Sheet deals) at Macquarie Bank for 8.5 years, where he successfully completed numerous transactions across various sectors, including working closely with Macquarie Bank founder Alan Moss. Before Macquarie, Jeff was Country Head and Senior Vice President of GE Capital (Syndication and CEF), where he was based in NYC and Sydney. Before that, Jeff Spent seven years with Barclays Capital as Vice President based in London, where he was responsible for ECM and M&A transactions across a large part of Europe.

Jeff has spent 30 years in the investment banking and equity capital markets area, focused on delivering an optimal outcome for his clients. Jeff’s attention to detail and positive attitude have been the hallmark of his success. Jeff holds a bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney.
